V-Groove Edging Machine

This machine is a new fabrication machine for quartz slab countertop process. It can achieve chamfering, grinding, polishing and V-groove cutting, which can increase the cutting efficiency of 45°. The machine with many functions is easy to position and operate.

Upper and lower chamfering head - one set, φ160 grinding wheel, motor power 4kw (angle can be adjusted manually)

Straight edge grinding head – 3 sets, which use 1+2 configuration, the first head is rough grinding, φ150 diamond tool, motor power is 2.2 kw, the next two heads are polishing head, φ130 resin bond polishing head, motor power is 1.5 kw.

Lower R3 fillet polishing head – 5 sets, which use 1+4 configuration, the first head is rough grinding, φ150 diamond tool, motor power is 2.2 kw, the next four heads are polishing head, φ130 resin bond polishing head, motor power is 1.5 kw.

V-groove cutting head – 2 sets, φ350 saw blade, motor power is 11 kw, cutting angle can be adjusted.
